Excellent telephone system and 5 star service 

I cannot recommend Extera highly enough. Their advice on what telephone system suited our requirements was just what was required and the Avaya product has been brilliant, a vast improvement on our old system. In addition the service and installation by the Extera team was excellent and they ensured we had no down time

Extera provide a refreshing alternative to the approach taken by our largest national supplier of telecoms services. They are straightforward in their approach, know what they are talking about and in my experience do exactly what they say they are going to do.

As an Avaya Business partner they have access to some of the best products in the market with the backup of Avaya if needed.

Previously I have purchased Avaya IP Office systems from our largest national and have been let down in terms of project delivery and ownership. In all cases a very negative experience.

My experience with Extera has been the complete opposite – totally positive. In addition they have an open book approach to pricing and were more competitive on price than my previous supplier.

Brilliant

After a broadband upgrade we found ourselves with a dead Avaya phone system, after a call to Extera we were quickly underway to finding a solution. From the first contact I felt that these guys knew what they were talking about. Both Phil and Dan went above and beyond in resolving our problem and very soon the phones were up and running. I cannot recommend Extera enough; we will be using them for all our telecoms maintenance and support from now on.
